Henry Mucci was born in Bridgeport on Saturday, March 4, 1911 (G.I. Generation generation). He is 110 years old and is a Pisces. Henry Andrews Mucci (March 4, 1909 – April 20, 1997) was a colonel in the United States Army Rangers. In January 1945, during World War II, he led a force of 121 Army Rangers on a mission which rescued 513 survivors of the Bataan Death March from Cabanatuan Prison Camp, despite being heavily outnumbered. It is widely considered the largest and most successful rescue mission in the history of the United States military. His raid proved an unqualified success. Only two members of his squad died in the raid, and only two of the rescued men didn’t survive (one of them suffered a heart attack during the raid).

He trained his squad for the rescue mission by introducing them to martial arts and leading them on arduous hikes in tropical heat. Henry Mucci is a member of Richest Celebrities and War Heros.
